LeadMaxa Review Booster – Terms & Conditions
By signing up for LeadMaxa’s Review Booster, you agree to the following terms:

1. 7-Day Free Trial

The free trial begins 7 days from the date you receive your Review Booster assets (QR code, review link, and instructions). During the trial, you can access features included in your selected plan (Starter or Pro).

2. What’s Included

Depending on your plan, the Review Booster includes:

- Branded QR code (1–3 depending on plan)

- Branded review link (1–3 depending on plan)

- Smart Review Filter (routes 4–5 stars to Google, 1–3 stars to private form)

- Branded review funnel

- Real-time email notifications

- LeadConnector alerts (Pro and Premium plans only; not included in trials)

- Monthly performance reports (Pro and Premium only)

- Full CRM access and automated workflows (Premium only)

- Support for 1–3 locations depending on plan

- Optional custom branding (business logo, form headline, etc.)

3. Subscription Billing & Cancellation

Your subscription will automatically begin after the 7-day free trial, and you will be billed monthly on the same date each month. If you wish to cancel before your trial ends, you must email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your Review Booster to avoid being charged. You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at the same address.

4. Marketing & Communication Consent

By submitting this form and using LeadMaxa services, you agree to receive service-related emails, including review notifications, instructions, and product updates. You also consent to receive marketing communications (emails and SMS) related to LeadMaxa products and offers. You can opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in emails or replying “STOP” to SMS.

5. Data Use & Privacy

All customer feedback collected through the Review Booster is securely stored and only accessible to you. LeadMaxa does not share your data with third parties without consent.

6. Terms Updates

We may update these Terms occasionally to improve our services. You will be notified of significant changes via email.
